ROKAE Palletizing Robot and KUKA AMR for the Russian Market

ROKAE palletizing robot

ROKAE Palletizers Enter the Russian Market. The Engineering Center of JSC “Prolog Plus” has officially announced the launch of a large-scale project to adapt the innovative palletizing robot from the Flexible Collaborative Robots line (ROKAE’s xMate series). This step is aimed at import substitution of high-tech solutions in warehouse logistics and creating flexible robotic cells fully ready for integration at Russian food, chemical, and industrial enterprises.

This allows the robot to work safely in the same space as personnel without bulky safety enclosures. Compact dimensions and intuitive programming allow the palletizer to be deployed on a new production line in less than 10 minutes.

Currently, specialists from JSC “Prolog Plus” are actively working on software Russification, creating custom gripping devices (grippers) for domestic packaging standards, as well as integrating the robot with Russian ERP systems and machine vision complexes. The localization of software and hardware will allow domestic companies to promptly implement automation without risks associated with sanction restrictions or a lack of service support.

The completion of testing for the localized version is scheduled for the near future, after which ready-made complex solutions for palletizing will become available to the company’s clients.
