Ultrasonic Welding Machine

Prolog Plus specialists developed and commissioned a high-precision ultrasonic welding system.

The project included adapting the equipment to the requirements of a specific technological process, developing and configuring the necessary tooling, integrating control systems, and performing commissioning.

As a result, an automated system was created that ensures stable punching and welding operations, with specified parameters and high repeatability.

The equipment was configured and commissioned at the customer’s production site.
